We connect to your accounting system (like QuickBooks or Xero) and, if you use one, your job management or CRM platform (like Hubspot or ServiceTitan). The connection is read-only — we can see things like your job history, customer counts, and how long you've been in business, but we can't change or delete anything in your system.

We never use your customers' personal information. No names, no addresses, no phone numbers, no payment details. We're looking at the patterns in how your business operates, not at individual customer records.

Every metric on your TrustRecord is computed directly from your business data using a consistent methodology. Each metric includes what it measures, what time period it covers, and when it was last verified — so anyone reading it knows exactly what they're looking at.

You control which verified metrics appear on your TrustRecord. Any metric you publish is calculated directly from your data and can't be edited — but you're never required to display a metric you'd rather keep private.

Your metrics refresh automatically on a regular basis. As your business grows, your TrustRecord stays current without you doing anything.

Reviews are opinions. TrueSignal verifies what actually happened. A 4.8-star rating tells someone that other people liked your work. A verified repeat rate of 72% tells them that the people who hired you keep coming back — and that number came straight from your business records, not from anyone's opinion.

Reviews can be solicited, filtered, or faked. Verified operating data can't be. They work well together — reviews tell the personal story, your TrustRecord tells the factual one.

Your TrustRecord is optimized for every major search engine and AI system — including Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, and others. We structure your verified data in the formats they already understand, so it's available to all of them.

Anyone. Your TrustRecord is a public page — that's the whole point. You can share the link with customers, put it on your website, or include it in proposals. Search engines and AI systems can find it and reference it.

What's on it is straightforward: your verified operating metrics, how they were calculated, and when they were last updated. The raw data behind those numbers — individual jobs, invoices, customer records — is never shown.

We're adding new integrations regularly. If you use an accounting or job management system we don't support yet, reach out — there's a good chance we already have it in development or can do a custom integration.
